How Our Network Works
Request an estimate
Who will I actually talk to?
A local, independent HVAC provider from our network. Identifiedintegration Heating & Air is a referral service, so we do not send anyone to your home ourselves. The provider you speak with runs their own business and does the work if you hire them.
What happens on the first conversation?
Expect a friendly back-and-forth. The provider will likely ask:
- What is the system doing, or not doing?
- How old is the equipment?
- What type of home do you have?
- Has anything been fixed before?
Then they may suggest a visit to take a look. Timing depends on their schedule, so ask what is realistic.
What should I ask a provider?
Good questions make good decisions. Try these:
- Are you licensed and insured in Maryland? A good answer is a clear yes, with details you can check.
- Will I get a written quote? You want one before work begins.
- Is there a fee just to diagnose the problem? A good provider tells you up front.
- Do I have repair and replacement options? A good provider explains both.
- What is covered by a warranty? Ask for parts and labor terms in writing.
What are the red flags?
Be careful if someone pressures you to sign right away. Watch for vague prices, refusal to put things in writing, or a push to replace everything without explaining why. A trustworthy provider welcomes questions.
Who is in control here?
You are. Asking for an estimate does not obligate you to anything. You can compare quotes, take a day to think, or say no thanks. Ask before you hire.
Ready to talk to a provider?
Send a request and tell us what is going on. A provider in our network can follow up and walk you through the next steps.
If talking is easier, request a callback to check provider availability.
